📑 The Challenge: Therapist documentation was tedious and had missing details.

💻 The Solution: I created a system that allowed users to simply select predefined options using an LLM to fill in the details, saving time and ensuring completeness.

⏳ The Impact: User testing indicates that users only take 2 minutes writing progress notes as opposed to the standard of 5 minutes. Full Case Study
